  1. Dug for mine, but couldn't find my 2nd print. I can't tell which print you have from the pictures. It looks like you have a 1st print as it seems like the grey matches on both pages. 1st prints have the same grey color on each of the two pages that you have pictured. 2nd prints have a darker grey on page with the half bat symbol.
  2. 50 MST w/ prescreen received 9/28, SFG 11/2 (estimated), Graded 11/5. Moving faster than the batch I submitted with the same service 1 month prior.
  3. Have 25 Modern slow with prescreen that were verified on 8/27 and have veen SFG since 10/3. Have another batch of moderns with prescreen that were verified on 9/28 and havent moved yet, but i was charged for them yesterday (despite them being a prescreen.
  4. I have received grader's notes for the rejects on one batch of 25 (i considered myself lucky for the notes becuase they are almost always never there).
  5. Same day for me for my last three submissions, most recent was 9/28. I used the online submission form.
  6. Here are two different modern slow -track submissions: ------------------------------------ 1st Sub Invoiced: 02/27/2017 1st Sub Shipped: 03/09/2017 ------------------------------------ 2nd Sub Invoiced 03/14/2017 2nd Sub Graded 03/24/2017 2nd Sub Graded/Quality Control 03/28/2017 2nd Sub Shipped 03/29/2017 ------------------------------------ Still fast in my book.
  7. I too have not received an email with tracking info, but I've only had submitted books on four occasions. However, I do have a my USPS account and I can find the shipping info there. If anyone wants to sign up for a free account, you can do that here: https://my.usps.com/mobileWeb/pages/intro/start.action BTW, MFT submission received at CGC on 1/27 and shipped 2/16.
  8. This might be a stretch about how Glen survives but
  9. I sold my #1 with poster back that was in great condition back in 2011 for $51 plus shipping. Looks like I sold too early, but I hope that my name and address is in a slab now or in the future. Now I have to start learning more about the rest of my NP collection. I think I have the first 3-4 years minus #1.
  10. Wow, I'm not much of a grader, especially with prestige format books, but I'm surprised that DKR #4 is a 9.8.
  11. Thought the same. I suppose it would be fitting. I picked my name because of a Neil Young song. I have comic insurance so I'm not sweating yet. My package should be fine (well, not affected by the waterspout) or I'm in denial. I lived in Tampa for a bit. I can't imagine why my package would arrive in Tampa (according to tracking) and then go on that bridge. Makes more sense to me if it didn't arrive in Tampa. Regardless, I hope nobody got their packages destroyed. Edit: iceman399, just noticed your post. I was slowly typing my response and watching the game. Yes, it was sent registered mail (2 day priority) on 10/8 (thurs). I appreciate your insight. Long time collector, first time CGC submission.
  12. Saw that a usps truck was hit by a waterspout: http://6abc.com/weather/video-water-spout-destroys-mail-truck/1028778/ and there is a post about this in the coin forum. Anyone other than me have a delivery that hasn't been updated lately and your package is stuck in Tampa for much longer than expected? My package was supposed to be delivered on Sat. but it hasn't left Tampa yet.
  13. Was that with pre-screening? No, it wasn't. I didn't document the dates, but I think it spent 3-4 weeks in graded alone.
  14. Modern slow track: received 6/11 Shipped/Safe: 10/7 afternoon or early 10/8
  15. A Marvel Knights Spider-Man 20 sold for $29.99 plus shipping yesterday on ebay.
  16. Marvel Knights: Spider-man 20 is heating up after Renew your vows, with two books selling for over $9 plus shipping on ebay. Small sample size, but the cheap books are drying up.
  17. In addition to NM Ann #6, Marvel Age #82 may be worth watching too as some say that is the 1st published sketch of Cable and Stryfe Thanks for the Aliens mention. I have that issue. Didn't know it was worth anything (just getting back in to collecting).
  18. Indeed. The Kubert Variant sold out in less than 15 minutes at Midtown.
