  1. Awesome comments everyone ^_^

Amethyst does have a great deal of potential, as I've stated ~

Harry Potter has ended, and it didn't stop Warner Bros. getting back into that magical world; which they are doing with the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them trilogy ~

Adapting Books of Magic as it's own problems, but Amethyst seems like a contender; Enchantress is already having her own appearance in Suicide Squad as noted, plus Zatanna is rumored to be one of the members of the upcoming Dark Universe film; Amethyst being a member of that team too it should be mentioned.

An Amethyst adaption would be a cross between Harry Potter and Superman to an extent; plus they could easily tie the threat of Mordru if the rumored Legion of Super Heroes film does come to pass, which I think it possibly will.

  2. Hey there :3

We still don't exactly know a great deal of the films which DC has planned after Green Lantern is released in 2020, or many others that could potentially be introduced between 2016 and the 2020; but I was recently thinking what if they plan to add Amethyst and Gemworld into the mix within the DC Extended Universe?

The element of Homomagi has yet to be touched upon; and bringing such a character could compliment any Legion of Super-Heroes' adaption within the future, especially with Mordru; not to mention coupled with Books of Magic, could be a way for Warner Bros. to bring the magic back, after JK Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them comes to an end.

    But what do you think?

Would Legion of Super-Heroes #298 be a comic to keep on one's radar? It's 33 years old and presently can be obtained had a rather ridiculous price and god knows what would occur if Amethyst is revealed as a potential adaption.

    Yay or nay?

    Many thanks ^_^

  3. Woah I see :3

Hopefully CGC can comment on this, as it's a tad bit confusing; though Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1 has the first appearance of a variety amount of characters ~ Additionally Cracked #290 was the first appearance of Rita, and includes an appearance by the Power Rangers; released in July 1994.

  4. Woah right? I dont exactly know :o

But I'm sure you may have been refering to Sentai #2 which was released in April 1994; but was that the first appearance of the Power Rangers? :3

Seems like a strong candidate if 8 months later CBCS are claiming Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to be the 2nd appearance. But then again there were at least one or two other Power Rangers' comics out during April as well ~

Candidates for the 1st Appearance of the Power Rangers

Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1

Although CBCS are classing it as the 2nd.

    Disney Adventures Magazine

    April 1994

    Sentai #2

    April 1994

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Fruit of the Loom® Premium #1

Included in Fruit of the Loom underwear; 1994

  5. Wait, it's actually the 2nd appearance of the Power Rangers in comics?

So which is the first? :o

Or did CBCS get it wrong?

As if it happens to be right, then there's a Power Rangers comic which predates December 12, 1994? As even on CGC's Census there's no book which predates Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers; unless it's a very overt Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger one?

But then I found out about a very are Power Rangers comic which was released inpackages of Fruit of the Loom Power Rangers underwear, here https://archive.org/details/PowerRangersComics

It's a bit similar to that comic book 'Almost Got Him' which was a mini-comic dated 1993, yet predates Harley Quinn's "first appearance" in Batman Adventures 12; the text at the back of the comment apparently states,

"Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Fruit of the Loom® Premium #1,

There's no month, only the year 1994.

  6. Amazing comments everyone :3

I still feel that CGC should highlight that first appearance; perhaps after the release of the Power Rangers film; but on a completely different note, I can't believe this comic right below is going for such a price, even with the signature's and the grade, it's not the first appearance,

  7. Fellow comic book fans :3

I'm wondering exactly which is the first official appearance of the Power Rangers?

I've been looking and CGC doesn't seem to have an official key comment-label on the vertification page to clarify this? As I'm unsure as to whether it's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Saga #1, Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1 or something else entirely ~

    What do you think?

    All comments are welcomed.

  8. Hey there :3

Does anyone know of a list of Key Issues relating to Power Girl? The only one's I can think of are the following:

All Star Comics #58 - First appearance

All Star Comics #59 - Second appearance

Infinity Inc. #7 - Superman vs. Power Girl

Does anyone know of any others? I mean what issue is her origin for example? And is there not a website which gives information on the key issues of a particular DC character?

    All comments are welcomed.
