Yes, and as wombat stated this thread would get more responses in general comics

My AF15 is a restored copy I decided on when I saw the prices for high grades going way out of my league. I sold my original two raw books when they came back as a blue 5.5, and a 6.0 purple. The trimmed 9.0 I bought shortly after, broke it out and then sent it to NY where Stan signed it. It remained a 9.0 in purple/yellow, and I like it more than the two mid grade copies I had.
Oh man, that's a wonderful looking copy. Wow!

The petition to re-hire him has over 230,000 signatures.
I'll be surprised if it matters. From an HR/legal perspective they would be opening pandora's box. They'd have to revisit any of their other firings over social media issues.

Maybe the dealers won?

I will be going to see aqua-man movie ❤️‼️
Me too. He's the most boring character in comics but in the JLA movie I wanted to know more about him, and what they are going to do with his back story. He and Wonder Woman are really interesting characters in the movies.

2.5 for me too. Good luck when you send it in!

4.5 - 5.0, great book!

9.0 is what I'd say. Thanks for all the pics! Good luck!

I'd go with an 8.0.

Define a really high grade? I agree with everyone else that it more than likely won't come back a 9.8 though.

Love to know what it comes back as. That's a heck of a book.

If Disney could not be associated with Gunn due to his statements then they would not have hired him in 2012. All of this was fully known when it happened and has been in the open public for a decade now. Society at large also knew about this and did not care until the outrage mob needed a target one day prior to SDCC for them sweet click duckets.
Society at large wasn't aware of this tweets. Also, at no time has it EVER been socially acceptable to state what he stated. If society at large had been aware of his offensive tweets Disney wouldn't have hired him.
You should note that it the studio isn't the largest revenue stream for Disney. It isn't even close. It is the 3rd largest segment out of 4 parts of the company. Media Networks and the Parks/Resort dwarf the studio. They booted this guy to stave off potential issues with their media networks, i.e. ad revenue, and issues with people not going to their parks. Disney sells its products as family entertainment. It was a simple decision once all of this became known in wider circles, i.e., the mainstream media picked it up and ran with it. They severed ties as fast as they could.
BTW, I just did a search on his tweets. I was unaware that his tweets were also homophobic in nature, and he also posted extremely offensive tweets about the holocaust. Unbelievable. He was completely out of bounds.

If there was a way to review everything that everyone in the entire world ever said/wrote/tweeted/posted/did during the course of their entire life, nearly all of us would be fired from our jobs and we could all watch @Lucky Baru sit here and say "The guy did it to himself."
If you make "jokes", as if they could be considered jokes, about rape and pedophilia in the way he did then you dug your own hole. For that to be difficult for you to understand points towards you not knowing what is socially acceptable in public or in private. Hint - it isn't acceptable in either.

Regardless of the subject matter in the tweets (which is disgusting) and him being a self described attention seeking edge lord at the time (with Lloyd Kaufmen) it is complete hypocrisy on the part of Disney. Gunn went on an apology tour, deleted tweets, and so forth back in mid 2012 (when rumors of his hiring were hot) and three months later was officially hired on to helm GotG, then in December of that year even more from his blog had to be taken down for the same reasons. Gunn was vetted and hired by Disney, this was not a secret the only thing that has changed is the all or nothing society outlook and outrage culture.
The subject matter of his "jokes", if you can refer to them as that, is something that Disney's can't be associated with. Their target audience is children. The dude had to go. To not realize that is strange. To lay the blame at Disney's or society's feet is even stranger. The guy did it to himself.
UV Protection For Framing OA On a Budget
in Original Comic Art

It isn't on a budget and nobody tends to bring it up but you can replace your homes windows with windows that have a low-E coating. Pella's advanced low-E windows with argon block between 84-86% of UV rays. Their sun defense windows block 95% of UV rays.
