Hello Rogue
-
Charles bought a nice Marvel Preview #4 from me raw. Came to a middle ground on grade and he offered to send additional cash if the grade came back from CGC as we negotiated on. It did, and he paid. Man of his word and great communication. It was a pleasure my friend. Looking forward to future interactions!

The awesome thing to me about that book is that it's a 9.9 on a Frazetta cover! Very sweet pickup!!
I just got it back from CGC, bought it raw. Definitely was not expecting a 9.9!
Speechless...

There are a couple in the middle of the run between 30-60 that don't have anything particularly special about them except for stunning/voluptuous Vampi covers. These usually go for gonzo bucks in HG.

I think the Vampirella collectors will be happy to see the new Overstreet covers for 2014.

I like that all those magazine publishers knew their audience:
"Never finish high school, stupid? Send us money."

James picked up a Doctor Strange #170 from me. He communicated well, paid promptly and was a delight to work with. Take care and Happy Holidays.

Just picked up this beauty from Bounty_coder/Aaron.

yeah, Thor's not even really lifting, sort of a halfassed effort. But it is a rare up skirt shot of Iron Man and proof that the armor had nipples long before the bat suit.
Thor's giving Zoolander's Blue-Steel a run for his undies.

The hulk mags had really great art contained within them. I always have considered these diamonds in the rough. They have some of the best Hulk VS panels in comics in my opinion. HG 9.4 or better specimens when they come up bring decent money if you have good scans and descriptions of the book.

If those grade out as advertised, they were a steal. Some other beauties selling for between 150% to 200% of guide in grade...I've seen the OSPG come up a long way on these books over the last 5 years, but still not quite up to parity with what is being paid for prime copies (anything VF+ or better).

Bought a very nice Marvel Super-Heroes #12 from Aaron. Couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. Very friendly guy and communicates well!
Good luck with your Stan Lee signing Tim! It's going to look awe-some.

Marvel/Curtis had a few obscure comic magazines. This being one of them and also a Hitler magazine with a deep red cover which I believe was only available through mail.
Fun book!
