Thanks Pov...I'm not sure if this is a Canadian book or not but it has some some pretty neat stories in it... This is what is inside: [*]Allie =a story about a dorky little kid who causes mischief ala. Dennis the menace. [*]Argus Inc. = a couple of private detectives with several lackeys solving mysteries. [*]Willie = a one page Sluggo type comic. [*]Danjoe = a Joe Palooka ripoff. [*]Punch Powers = a Flash Gordon wannabe. [*]Winged Warriors = looks like a prototype of Black Sheep Squadron. [*]Dash Darwin = a Buck Rodgers wannabe. [*]The Congo Raider = a deadly masked crusader with no qualms about killing someone with his knife. Definatly one of my cooler aquisitions...

Kudos to Ubiquiti...Sent me a nice CGC book even before I paid for it and added a couple of neat bronze books to boot... Thanks, Todd...

This just in...I love this oddball stuff...one really odd aspect of this book is that the back cover is blank (inside and out) and the front cover is blank on the inside except for very minimal publisher info... Lucky "7" #1 1944

Cool books shiver...I'm especially fond of that Strange Mysteries #1....that seems to be a tough book to find in FN+ or better condition....yours seems fairly solid...

So does this book hold historical significance since it is the book (or character) that was approved by the LoC???... Is this approvel process done for all new superhero characters???...

I was pawing through some of my CGC books when I notice my Atoman #1...The issue date is Feb. 1946 but examine the date stamp that is located in the cloud... Can someone give me a logical explanation for the discrepancy???... Supersized Scan...

...y'know....that makes sense.... I was curious since a lot of my "special" books (ungraded) are kept triple sealed in 3 ring binders....works good for me and is very easy to show off the books...

Hey Timely...I'm curious...do you drill those holes in the CGC case for a 3 ring binder???... Nice books BTW...

One of my most satisfying aquisitions of the year.... ...complete with near-white pages... Pic is through the bag but as many people know it is far and few between that you can find one of these pulps in such spectacular condition... Fantastic Novels Vol. 1 #1 1940
