Jumbo comics 165, Second to last issue. Pretty hard to find. Solid complete and firmly attached. Pretty nice book. Some color breaking spine creases. Sold

Black knight 1, I suppose this is kinda silver age? But its ok. Pretty solid book. Very small tear on the top staple, 1/2 inch spine split at the bottom. Very very minor dust shadow on the back cover. $50

Yellow jacket comics 3. Very cool book you don't see often at all. I know the price is a little high but I have no problem keeping this one if it dosent sell. Pretty solid low/mid grade book. Some bug chew at the top and a tiny bit on the right edge. Complete with the cover firmly attached. $175 Now $165

CDNP 35,41,52 All Complete 35 is low grade, Cover detached presents fairly well, Few pieces missing from the cover but the book is complete. Spine is fairly tattered. 41is a little better. Cover is attached, Still low grade. Small tear in the top of the cover. tear around the staple. 52 is very low grade, cover is detached and has some pieces missing. dust shadow on the bottom. $65 for all of three Now $60 .

Classic comics 25. Very low grade, Cover barely attached. A lot of letters in the cover are penciled in. Large part of the bottom of the spine ands BC missing. Beat but complete describes this one pretty good. $20 Now $16 $20

Ed Wheelans joke book nn Featuring fat and Slat from 1944. Couldn't find any into or sales on this other then a few pictures online. The covers detached and there 1 brown piece of tape doing nothing on the outside of the cover by the spine. 1 year on the spine and a few on the top, Its OK Other then that! Just Throwing it out there because it needs a price $10,000 OBO with the OBO option heavily encouraged, I mean not encouraged!

Super mystery comics V4 #3, Cool book you don't see often. Bug chew on the top, A lot of general Wear and tear with Some small pieces missing but generally presents well. Possibly mold by the viking? Cover still well attached. 3/4 inch split at the top. Sold $48

Real heros 14. Solid mid grade except for the bottom right corner. Good color, nice staples. Little bug chew Bottom left of BC and small tear too left of BC $20 now $15 $20

True comics 42 and 53. 42 presents will but the cover is split and detached. 53 is much better but has a good amount of bug chew at the top. $14 for the pair. Now $10

Wings comics 71. Nice presenting book with good color, little bit dirty. Looks MUCH better in person. Cover is still attached, Minor years by the staples. 1/2 inch tear top right of the cover. $24 Now $20

Rangers comics 20, I believe this is a classic cover. Low grade but its attached and complete. Obvious problem in the bottom left part of the cover but not to bad the then that. Small chunk from bottom right corner. Dust shadow top of back cover. $50 $50

4 most comics vol 6 number 4. Much better shape then the other one. Cover is well attached and the book have decent color, its just kinda dirty. Some bug chew top right and on the over itself as evident by the two holes by the football. $15 for this one, Now $9

Real Fact comics 4. Bug chew at the top, Technical 0.5 grade dude to the missing back cover. Complete other then that. Front cover is actually still attached at both staples somehow. $30 Now $24

Big shot 58. Pretty solid overall. Presents well. Bottom right is missing part of the corner. Just a very small chunk, no where near enough to get close to any artwork. Nice PQ overall except in the boring right. that probably closer to slightly Brittle. $14 now $9 $12

First up Star Spangled comics 40. Low grade but complete book, Detached at the bottom staple. Obvious piece missing from top right and bug chew on the left. Spine split at the top about 2 inches and 3/4 inch at the bottom. 1 - 1/2 inch tear on the front cover. General wear and tear with some moisture damage/staining on the back right. $60 Now $50

I Have been trying to get a bats 1 for some time now. It was/is my ultimate collecting goal to at least own one. I have come close is several auctions but have never managed to take one home. I have only been collecting for a few years now. If I had known what was going to happen to prices, I would have put al my efforts into getting one back when I started in 2012. (as we all would have) But sadly I missed the boat. I didn't spend over $500 on a book up until 2 years ago, let alone the 15K needed for a low grade blue bats 1. But I don't think this Is the end of the inflated prices. I don't have nearly as much experience as most of you guys, but from what I have seen there are a lot of young people (myself included) who are very willing to spend a lot of money on very big books. I think there are three things most people are over looking. Comics across the board seem to be rising to higher and higher prices.People are paying "crazy" prices. Who is it? Young collectors who are willing to spend 50k+ on a low grade bats or supes 1? International people who have just as much love for superheros as any American. Or new but already rich "investors" looking for something different then the typical fine art, stocks, and classic cars. I think its a combination of all these things driving prices up. No doubt current collectors are helping, but I'm sure its being supplemented by another demographic of collector or investor. With Batman and Superman being the most popular it would make sense bats 1 and supes 1 are leading the charge. I believe this is the start of the golden age of collection and in 10 years we are all going to look back and wish for 2017 prices. But who knows? I'm just a 24 year old kid who loves comics. PS I'm actively looking for a low grade bats 1 with cash in hand. If you have a 0.5 blue, 1.0 blue, Low grade green, brittle missing pages piece of *spoon. Not sure if anyone can help me or not but im looking for a GA dealer who was at philly comic con this year. He was an older gentleman on the left/middle side of the hall. Had a small corner booth with a ton of GA. Alot of Nedor's, Wonder comics some startling, A few Catman books. A Great comics 1 and a bunch more I don't remember. I know its a long shot but I would be very grateful if anyone remembers the name/person or could ask someone who was there.
