I don't usually play in this sandbox, so if this has already been posted, I apologize.

Flyingdonut: Any help you could provide would be very much appreciated!
More updates done now:
Can you post a quick list of the books you DON'T have scans for?
-
I have a long box full of Whitmans. I'll get around to posting a list one of these days, but I must have all of them at this point - I've been buying them for years. Don't forget the two biggies, the Superman vs. Muhammed Ali All New Collectors Edition and the Superman 1 Limited Collectors Edition books.
-
Damn job getting in the way of our enjoyment.
-
I have a Master of Kung Fu 47 with a 10p price, and a Nova 13 with a 12p price,for what its worth.
-
Big props to CLOBBERINTIME for a very well packaged, nicely priced FF 120 in 9.6. Thanks!

I'm interested in these mags:
Creepy 113, 145
Eerie 76, 82, 125, 135-139
Hustler 1 (really? Hustler 1 from 1974? wow)
Nightmare 20
Vampirella 36, 37, 49, 50, 100, 111, 112
plus, of course, variants... let me know what we can do on the above, if they're still available.

Hello Guys,
I bought a 8k book collection early this summer and were working our way through it now. Found these in the marvels. We sent the x-men 98 and hulk 200 to CGC. They will all be for sale soon. I never was one for older back issues, my market area just doesn't justify the expenditure. So, I never learned to grade, , but the wife is trying, she has been into the hobby longer than I....anyway, if you want scans, I will be glad to post them, it might take me a bit to get to them is all. I will put a list of the Magazines and the DC's that are done on my web site later this week. The collection ranges from the late 60's to the early 80's. Mostly Horror and war stories.
This collection is what brought me to CGC and these boards, I have benefited from the information that is presented here and feel it's a shame that it's not available to the hobby on a wider scale, and in a collected format. I believe it would promote the hobby and bring more people into it.
Thanks!
Don
HOLY CATS! You'll make several people's days on this board as you have books that are needed to fill people's sets. Which store is this located in? I'm on my way!

Well... can you chrisco37 ??
I'm waiting and hoping. I mean, you NEVER know.
Well, I can find you an Identity Crisis RRP. It will cost you a bunch in Golden Age trade, though. I'm not going to screw you, but you can see what they're going for on eBay.

Talking of Adventure Comics, which ran for nearly forty years and over five hundred issues, WHY OH WHY won't they bring it back and recontinue the numbers from number 504
They should do like Marvel, and re-number the series starting with #1.
HE'S JOKING IAN. PLEASE TAKE THE KIDDING IN THE SPIRIT IN WHICH IT WAS MADE AND DON'T POST 50 TIMES!

Also not on census yet
HI Darth some very cool stuff I have thought about doing this but figured it would take a lot more time than I had. Just one thing is their a Kid Colt #219 35 cent variant on the census I will have to check?
Highest graded Kid Colt 219 35 cent variant is a 5.5.
-
Also not on census yet:
for 30 centers:
Marvel Double Feature 17
Wait a week!

Hey folks!
How do I find out if a 35 cent book is a price variant, as opposed to the slightly later 35 cent version?
Thanks.
--merichar
Even easier. If the book has a cover date of October, 1977 or before, and has a 35 cent price on it, YOU WIN.

Speaking of Chicago did anyone hear that went see any variants for sell I think Motor City comics was their were they selling variants again. I sure would liked to have gone but I had to much stuff I had to do. Did you go darth?
Motor City had 35 cent variants. A lot of them. And BOY were they expensive. They had a Scooby-Doo 1 8.5 and a bunch of others.

San Antonio was a 30 cent test market, so good luck!
-
I believe that another test market was in the Huntsville, AL area, so that would go to the Biloxi find. Pascagoula, MS has been mentioned as one as well. Welcome to the boards -
btw, I've seen the list finecomics has. An AMAZING find of 35 centers.

Everyone listed here has been a pleasure to deal with, people in bold I have dealt with 3 or more times, people in red bold are those I have done too many deals to count (or maybe I just think they look good in a dress).
FlyingDonut
A dress? No. Smart little pantsuit number, maybe. Skirt and top, maybe. But never a full dress.

Ah! The 'No Number" variant. Pretty cool book, like the Marvel Dennis the Menace books that have a DC slug on them.

No mention of bid stalking other members of the Price Variant Club? That's got to be required behavior.
Rule 6.
-
-
#1 - The first rule of Price Variant Club is, you do not talk about Price Variant Club.
#2 - The second rule of Price Variant Club is, you DO NOT talk about Price Variant Club.
#3 - If someone says that's one of the last five I need and pleads, you let him have it.
#4 - Nobody ends auctions early.
#5 - No flaming other members of Price Variant Club because they got the Ringo Kid 28 and you didn't.
#6 - Do not alert members of Price Variant Club for hidden variants. Let them find their own damn variants.
#7 - 35 cent variant collectors are insane.
#8 - If you found a variant through Price Variant Club, you have to find another one.
