  1. Update to all from Facebook this morning - Longtime dealer Bob Cook visited Gene and reports he's doing great. Wonderful news!
  2. A reminder that not only was Bloodshot terrible, it was released March 13, 2020, the day the world closed because of COVID.
  3. Please send out good thoughts and positive vibes to longtime DMV comic dealer Gene Carpenter, who had a stroke and is in the hospital. Gene's a very good guy and I hope to see him at Annandale soon.
  4. If it is two weeks away from Baltimore maybe I'll come out and set up. My house to Norman is (checks google) roughly 1300 miles.
  5. Our booth every year is in the exact center of the show - perks of being the show promoter - and is on top of red carpet. You can't miss it. We have more comics at our booth in Baltimore than in probably 90% of comic shops in the United States. This year we had 101 long, 200 short, 300 magazine boxes, and 800 wall books. In comic booths, as in many things, size most definitely matters.
  6. Does anyone know if the 2024 dates have been confirmed/set yet?
  7. When my father moved we found boxes of stuff - in one of them was a box of mine and my brother's concert t-shirts from high school in Illinois, roughly 1980-1988. Maybe 200 of them. My daughter has them and slowly sells them on dePop and other places. I kept a couple but they're only display pieces.
  8. I didn't move these ones. Still have the Byrne run 232-292 and the annuals.
  9. 1. will prices be adjusted DOWN as well? 2. If I see this sign in a comic store I will instantly leave.
  10. If you're here tomorrow come by. Right in the middle with the red carpet. Many comics for sale.
  11. I'm running the main Cards, Comics, and Collectibles booth. Table 916, right in the middle. We will have more comic books than 95% of the comic stores in the United States. Come on by!
  12. Both of those are accurate listings. They both are newsstand copies. It doesn't matter, of course, because they were ALL newsstand copies, but what can you do.
