  1. I AGREE and will be very upset if thats how things turn out this Sunday. One thing you didn't mention is that I feel the idea to wait until next season to find out who dies via Negan's bat is a shameful ploy to get higher ratings for next seasons premiere. They can make much higher profit sell ad space for a 90 minute (Im guessing) premiere if millions will be turing in to see the guaranteed death of a main character. Just look at what they did with Glenn under the dumpsters this season.... UGH! I respectfully disagree with you both.. here's why: When Negan first showed up in the comic, he kills Glenn and we hated him for it. We immediately wanted revenge. It's all we cared about. We wanted Negan dead. Rick tries, time and time again, to exact that revenge but Negan out-does him every time. Eventually we realize that we're dealing with a far more adept 'bad-guy' than we've ever have before. We start to learn more about Negan and we realize that he has his reasons for doing what he does. For many of us, he is now our favorite character. He went from being the character I hated the most, to being my favorite. That's a pretty impressive turn for a 'villain' to make. If Negan kills one of our favorite characters this Sunday, it will be painful. However, we will have 6 months for our rage too cool and our pain to heal. Whereas, if he kills on Sunday, but we don't know who.. We'll spend 6 months living in tension. And then when the season premier hits, we'll see that death. We'll lose that character, we'll crave that revenge, and we'll have 8 weeks of episodes to watch Rick try to obtain it and fail miserably. I feel it's important, for Negan's character development, that we don't lose any of our 'anger momentum' after he kills whoever it is that he will kill. You my friend, nailed it! Kudos for a well thought out & well put thought!
  2. I think it was Eugene (I kept rewinding & listened to the voice they played in slo-mo after the hit)..Eugene gave rick the amo formula & there was a "goodbye" piece between him & Abraham when they hugged...My bet is Eugene ate Lucille. (just opinion)

  4. Who will Negan kill on TWD? I don't think Glenn will be the one that gets it but I know someone has to (don't they?)...Or is it a big joke to constantly "almost" kill Glenn only to have Negan swing the bat (while the 4-5 of the main characters are on their knees in front of Negan) & the scene goes to commercial. Then it comes back to show that Maggie had jumped in front of Glenn and taken the swing. And Glenn lives ta fight anudda day.... It could happen, right?
  5. What does the RRP stand for? Oh & I personally wish Marvel would make a "True Believers" of this Wolverine/Deadpool...It is one of the coolest I've seen.
  6. They are important when it is a rule to have so many before participating in any given function on this site...(I get the rule, it's to keep away the freebie leeches..or at least try)
  7. Since I'm fairly new here I was wondering how do you all know this guy? Is he someone to steer clear of (bad dealer) or is he the opposite and just a lot of you have dealt with him so you can all relate to his whereabouts, etc?
  8. Thank you for allthe great info. I was wondering has anyone taken the time to do a value search on which of the best performing scanners are the most affordable?

  11. Hello all, my name is David and I'm an addict. It's been 39 minutes since I last used (& I didn't stop until I was completely through with it..DK3 The Master Race Book 2). All jokes aside, I started collecting with my childhood friends and we lived right down the street from a Sportscard & Comics shop. We'd spend hours making our own matchups as to which comic book hero &/or villain would beat who and which out of all was the strongest, smartest, etc. There was no concept of value, other than the newest Wizard telling us a value that we'd never see as we didn't sell comics because we loved them. We bought, traded, and yes even played poker for comics but to sell them for useless pieces of green paper (that held no story to read, no hero or villain to admire, and amongst us, at least, no real use other than to buy more comics with) it just made no sense. We loved the Marvel Universe Character A-Z comics because we were first appearance (& death) hunters; it also provided us with the necessary info as to their powers and such. Somewhere along the way we grew up and lost touch, I also lost touch with collecting. Most all of that collection is gone but I started back up and have been lurking here for some time. I hope to get to meet as many of you (virtually on this board) as possible, as it seems we all have a wonderful little addiction that only others whom are afflicted can truly understand and appreciate! Great to meet you all, from Houston Texas- I'm Dave. Oh and my apologies for the novel above (kind of long winded, but you'll all get used to it once you get to know me better; or you can just skip over my posts ).
