I was a bit disappointed in the last page. It had been hyped as some big cliffhanger... and I'm just like... ok? Am I supposed to know who that guy is? Cant wait for the trade...my LCS would never forgive me so I'll keep it going and see what happens. Take my money DC

An interesting question. When I see a C List post like this I think to myself, anyone willing to pay 15 grand for comics is going to know a thing or three about comics. And if by chance they don't and still give this guy what they wants...we'll money obviously is no object to them. Are there new collectors that could be duped in this way? I just don't believe it. Not in the 5 digit realm. The AF15 for $20 from a old lady...yikes what a dilemma. Sometimes it's not even worth pondering because it's so rare and to think even an old lady who finds an old Spider-Man comic wouldn't have anyone she trusts to ask about it seemed far fetched to me in this day and age.

Never gets old. How can people be this stupid. If I was local I'd love to mess with this guy.

Anyone doing the midnight release? I dig the variant. I hope they have some of band tour type shirts for sale at the shop, those are neat. Keep hearing great things about this book from those shop owners who gotten to read it.

Wow that's a neat one. Got my shipping notice from Bulletproof today, I'm surprised. Normally when I preorder they don't ship the book out till 2-3 days AFTER the actual book is released

Thanks, that's very reassuring coming from you. I didn't want to doubt Sparkle City too much since they have a good reputation for grading from what I've seen. The bottom spine ding and the not so white back cover had me concerned.

Wow that'd be a great piece with those sigs. Good luck to ya. I was trying to find the nicest copy for $100 or less. Shelled out $140 in auction for this copy...meh...I was having a bad night at work so I was in "F*** it" mode

Yea it lies nice and flat, real glossy. They did not post pics of the pages on the listing so I took a shot with that. They all look off white to me. I guess I am a wee bit disappointed...been holding out for a high grade copy for a long time and didn't want to buy one already slabbed. Half the time I take a shot with eBay for raw high grade I end up disappointed. BUT it is a nice book in general and no use pouting about it I guess!

Hi all. Just got this nice mag in from Sparkle City comics via eBay. Listed as a 9.4. Looked nice enough to me. Would like some other opinions. I see a few defects that I think would make it lower than that but I tend to under grade. What do you guys think? Thanks
