I'm not sure what the problem is...if it's all good, send TC33 (provided he sends you all the information/feedback/references) and you make more than your asking price. No brainer. And no, G&S doesn't mean automatically everyone wins...I'm sure you can google many instances where it went wrong...I'd personally avoid the headache all together.

While I agree the seller should give you money for reholder, I'd personally use the $ for something else and would live with the small crack. It's very minor and no biggie.

For the other cert company across the street to claim they only verified the sig on the art piece, is a poor move, IMO. It makes it appear to the buyer that the entire slab is certified.

Crazy, I mean, P cert whatever - no one buying reputable art should trust their cert...I know I wouldn't. The other C company should not be verifying "Art" and basing it on the signature alone. It's misleading and now their rep is on the line. Dumb move.
