Cover reattached with tape, cover torn and taped back together before that. I don't believe it'll pull a .5 because it's complete....but could be wrong. Interior actually isn't terrible, all in there and complete. Thoughts?

I think this will clean up better than we expect with a press. 1.8 as is, 2.5 after.

2.5, also, looks like it could be cleaned a little to help it out.

Incredible Hulk 181 CGC 7.0 OW, asking $1650. You may have noticed some slight damage to the case of this slab ...USPS got the best of this one. Figured I'd toss it out here first before I had it re-slabbed and then one of you enterprising folk just cracked it anyway to press/clean it. Inner well is intact as is the portions of the outer case that are not missing. Shoot me a note with any questions on this one.
