    This is purely off of memory, but I believe on one signing he refused flat out to sign any Watchmen books.  The second time there may have been a couple, but they would have snuck through.  Whatever the case, if there are any, there are not many. My sub was a KJ and two LoEG books.

    May I ask how much it cost you to get them cgc'ed

    Yes, that is correct. Your card is not charged until the submission is received at our facility.

    HI dena. i have some unused credit with CGC and have sent emails adsking how much of it is available, but have gotten no replies as of yet .I would like to submit comics at  FanExpo Canada but my account will expire on 8/31.Will CGC grade my stuff--since I already have some credit left and I am of course going to pay for the others ? Also how do Ifind out exactly how much credit I have left ? Thanks

    If the slab itself has sustained enough damage, CGC will regrade your book, not simply reholder. You will be charged for grading, not reholder. Otherwise, SS books should be no different than an 'ordinary' book submitted for reholder. As I see you live in Bangladesh, keep in mind the shipping costs of this process. Also, make sure you leave the book in the slab when sending in for reholder, never crack it open.

    Thank you .This is good to know !

  5. I would like to know whether SS books can be reholdered.Are there any reasons why CGC would refuse to reholder them --one of my books is chipped in one corner and I would like to reholder some simply because they are the old slabs and I would like new ones.Please share any experiences you may have had.Many thanks.

    don't let the perceived rarity (or non-rarity) of the sig affect the enjoyment of the book for you.  If you got it because you love Gaiman (as many people do), its pretty freaking rad.  If you bought it as some type of investment (or possibly OVERPAID) based on a belief of ultra-rarity for 3 sigs hoping to flip it for $$$...then you probably should have done your research ahead of time, as most of the Gaiman sigs to my knowledge took place AT LEAST 3 years ago.

    These boards can be a beautiful but humbling place.

    I would love to say that rarity doesnt matter for me--but it does.I got it because I like Neil --but I would also like to think that  there are only50 or so of triple sigs which have his name.And yes,I am not looking to sell--at lest not in the next 20 years or so :)

    I haven't updated my collection on myslabbedcomics.com in a while - I checked and I currently have 36 issues of Sandman that have 3 or more signatures. But, yeah, Gaiman signatures are very rare these days.

    Thanks for updating mschmidt.May I ask how many have Neil's sigs which are triple signed ?

    @Subash - Go to  www.myslabbedcomics.com

    All of Michael's are there. If you search for Sandman, you will find all of the SS books of all of the subscribers. You will find mine, Michael's, Jiri's etc.  That is why I linked the one I did in the other thread.  No one is trying to trick you. Most of the best copies are right there.

    Thanks . But I asked honestly-- out of real curiosity.Its a bit disappointing, though.?
