okay thank you! I did check out estatesales.net. Nothing was showing up and for garage sales, I was just randomly driving around and it was definately the wrong thing to do lol. Thanks for your advice!

What service do you use to find garage sales? Craigslist or a garage sale app? My problem is my town is so small that I don't know if that many people collect comics here.

Need some advice. I finally got some free time this weekend and was very excited to hunt for some comics. I went out driving and probably went to about 9 garage sales and found NO COMICs at any of them... is this common? How often do you all find comics at garage sales, is it a rare thing? Is there anything I can do to make it a higher yield or is it just random? I became pretty dispirited by the end and just ended up buying some cheap furniture...

Recently I found a lower grade Batman 227 at convention. It's not a great copy, probably a 5-6 grade...but I've always wanted one and bought it. I read the story which was not that great, so now I'm debating what to do with it. I mainly just want it to hang on my wall. Is it worth spending about 60 bucks to get it graded at CGC now (I do not have a membership) or should I just keep it raw for long term and maybe grade it at some point in the future...
