I believe depending on the interest of a book will dictate how many of that certain book he gets. So because he lists 10 avail and only 3-4 people claim one does not mean there are 6 available. Rich may only buy 5 to cover all his 9.8 guarantees. You may have better luck messaging him directly if you're interested in a book from an older month presale thread.

CGC's middle tier cost about $150, but you also get $150 in credit towards submissions. I think you should look at this option and think about subbing on your own to get a discount. this also lets you better keep track of where in the process your submission is. Had a friend who turned in 2 books to a LCS for them to send to CGC, after 2-3 months of hearing nothing but they are at CGC, he asked for them back and next think you know next weekend they returned them ungraded.

For me FedEx takes about 3 business days

Yeah, i am local to Dallas so most likely will stick with fan expo but after C2E2 has been on my list as well.

for fan expo dallas it took about 1 1/2 weeks for the books to show up. I would assume due to the volume of books from c2e2 the time can vary so it could be longer.

There's a shop by me with about 12 copies but: 1: some damage on the covers that I saw on release day 2: prices marked up to $9.99

I have used the online submission form a few times on Google Chrome without any problems and I feel it does make it much easier to put in submissions. Someone else normally submits my prescreens for me though so I can't speak for the problems above. Hopefully CGC fixes those issues because it also must make CGC's job easier when they receive shipments of books and they don't have to try and read handwritten subs.
