Top Notch Comics #13 Awesome Black Hood Cover! Only blemish is a strip of tape on the top edge of the spine. Stupid thing is that it’s not even covering a spine split lol. I’m sure someone more experienced could easily remove it to avoid a notation for grading. Otherwise clean! Unrestored, I checked all over with a light and surface changes for color touch, nothing! This one is just as nice if not better than the copy just sold on Heritage (screenshot attached). Save some money and buy this one raw and get it slabbed! I just don’t have the time.
