I've had a fruitful year, but had put in some work too. It accumulated to mostly to trading in with the LCS. 1st up is a a TMNT #4 that I traded in for to have Eastman sign. It came back 9.2, which I had speculated 8.5, but I don't often press except with signing, which I did here. Pleasantly surprised, but for some odd reason CGC positioned the book in the slab over to the right, maybe you can tell by where the book lines up to the label 2) next up, finally snagged a ASM 101, as it actually came down to an "affordable price" 3) thirdly or lastly, I picked up a Nintendo Power "sample copy" whew, I thought I was priced out of it, as it goes for but is also optimistically priced higher every time. I went with a raw to be affordable! Consensus in Spare a Grade was 2.5

It's weird, I have a feeling I'll end up with this one and skip the rifleman haha, yet I wish it would be cheaply regardless

Bless you for taking the time to answer that for me! I was wondering what would potentially prolong mags or their supplies, although it might have been tangent to the theme of the thread I appreciate it though 😊

It might be old hat, but the sentiments I echo are now that I've acquired one, asm 101, as it's come down in price and it was a key to my silver age in grade

I figured if anyone bought modern mags, or at least knew of someone who did? I see them at the lcs, but not sure if anyone would be able to confirm,

Could be people don't buy modern magazines to collect the same way too, definitely not in surplus anywhere.

Lol they do sell slab mag boxes, but I've never tried raw mag boxes, and don't ever see them advertised even though my LCS has started getting in newer mags. I've never checked going prices on those to see if people are buying modern magazine. @oakman29

I'm at sfg.... I did do a press, so it's done and back at cgc, omg I had hoped I'd be in the 1st batch, but that was a lot of comics!!! Praying for a 9.8! Will be happy regardless

the drawing order date is in the 1st post, to pick a prize is a week from Monday, the order of "picking" would be next Wednesday or so
