Thank you; and agreed! It's also a good read; I always wondered about how they pulled off that story, an unlikely early bronze crossover.

Tales to Astonish #49 1st Giant-Man (actually ties with Avengers #2, but the story is here. He just shows up as Giant-Man in #2.) Piece missing upper right-hand cover kills an otherwise 5-range book, so let's go VG- REMOVED - NO LONGER FOR SALE
-
Doom Patrol #86 VG+ to VG/FN, 1st issue in title (previously My Greatest Adventure) and first Brotherhood of Evil. 1-page origin on splash. $60
-
SOLD via PM! Murder Incorporated #2 (2nd series) cool Fox book with first story beginning in pink ink on the inside cover. General wear: and excess, unnecessary tape abounds. GD $35

Ok Boardieland, I will make up for the brief hiatus tonight as Act Two: You Might Find It continues. Just shot about 20 books: fairly high grade Marvel silver, a half dozen pre-code crime, a couple bronze #1's and more. DC is in the mix too. Meanwhile, lots of good stuff remains available -- Avengers #8, Batman #222, Prize Frankenstein #13, a Little Annie Fanny HC 1st edition....take a look back....You Might Find It!

I'll bump this thread because I love posting this -- Superman Sunday page from Oct 24, 1943. Is there another Superman spanking panel?
-
Shooting for more tomorrow night.....probably more "You Might Find It" material before we move to Act Theee: coverless GA....please note all Act One books (Classics, p. 1&2) are 30% off.

In 'Tec 31 Batman faces a monk who transforms into a wolf. -
Thank you, Eli! It's a cool thing to enjoy. I picked it up because I noticed it was published by a romance comics publisher, so I immediately saw it as a forerunner and wanted to check it out. Now I'm passing it along. It falls under my "read and release" policy (as opposed to the black hole sub-section of my collection).
