  1. Go figure! At the time I posted that, I was sitting in my office scrolling the board, and the guide was sitting right there on my desk, so when I saw Flying Donut's post about his annual ad, I figured I would just post it for your convenience. Who'd have thunk it would go to his office???
  2. That's what this board needs ... The "Action 1 IF your name is Dave Anderson" club!
  3. World of Fantasy #17, great robot cover. Note lower right corner as it appears book was dropped and cover and several pages took the blow. Short of that I would think it would be in F/VF range with a bit of Marvel chipping beginning across the top. Solid Fine as it is, flat, bright, glossy, nice spine. (For comparison, a slabbed 6.5 recently went for $188 before shipping on eBay.) $125 shipped U.S. ($135 Canada)
  4. Just one book; I think it got lost in my recent long sales thread, because it's a cool, uncommon book (just a handful on eBay, and this copy is priced favorably for the grade compared to the few available and sold on eBay.) But first, Price is shipped U.S., Canada add $10. Payment is Money order or check only. Don't be listy in thread trumps PM's etc. Returns: Sure, notify me within three days of receipt, get it back in same shape on your dime, unless I missed something.
  5. So you're one of the two! Cool; I bet the other is a boardie as well.
  6. We know! That's why we wanna see what's left for the wall! Seriously, how's that thing get to Yorba Linda? Surely snakepitt has pried it out of you by now! (Or is working on it)
  7. I'm sorry; I just found your question. Thank you! Yes, eventually I will probably slab the Cinderella Love 27, but no rush. Also, it may not score as high as it appears due to some tanning of inside covers; not sure how that will be factored in. But I have added micro chamber paper to at least arrest that process. It will look awesome in the slab though, regardless of number. But it also looks awesome in Mylar. Every time I think of slabbing, I usually spend on more books instead
  8. Fellow boardies, Everything that is planned for this thread is now posted. I will be closing it up sometime tomorrow. Thanks to all lookers, buyers, visitors. Buyers, I will reach out later via PM to start the process of getting these books to you. A few things, in no particular order: - There's some price cuts throughout the thread, including some new ones I just made - Any War, Western or Archie books are 25% off even though the cuts are not marked on each individual posting - Also not marked, 'cuz I just came up with it: Tom Corbett Special -- take all three issues for $45 (The BINs add up to $57) - PM's are also welcome on anything still available - There are also a few unclaimed freebies laced throughout Thanks again all!
  9. Such a cool, amazing feat! Congratulations
  10. Okay, here's a beloved boardie cover... World's Finest #169 in Fine minus (note the wear on Batgirl's cape, probably from readers thumbing the cover there. That is the reason for the minus.) Third appearance of Batgirl (Barbara Gordon version). $25
