I've never had a problem and if you call customs they will tell you that the form is of no use. Just keep all of your paperwork from when you ship it down and worst case scenario, you will have to pay duty and then appeal it and you will win.

For me, I would like a newer looking unit and wouldn't even want to put any collectables on an old rusty rack or on my flooring for that matter. For those reasons I believe it would be simpler and cheaper to just buy a repro. and essentially have the same thing minus all the headaches. I guess what I'm getting at is that for this particular item, it being original isn't necessary like it would be say with a collector car. I don't collects comic racks, I collect comics and comic related items and if I had a rack in my space, I would prefer it to look nice.

So this is turning into a nightmare. It takes 72 hours to get a response from this seller and the seller finally gets back to me, but mixed me up with the other person and told me he was sorry and that he refunded the price of the book and shipping. What really happened is that the seller refunded me the price of all the books I bought plus shipping. So now I have the books and the money? I sent another message to clear this up.
