Just received my catalogue and just saw that that an a rare OCT is up. I was wondering how much it will sell for since a november coverless sold for 40k in 2022 and a CGC 2.0 moderate extensive C3 sold for a cool 156k sept 2021 at ha.com I havent seen an October copy sell in ages

I think this 2017 ha.com sale was the last public sale. October copy first and rarest editions. Many NOV have sold since.

Its unfortunate but with the market is for someone looking at solely a business aspect separate it and sell it page by page. Like you said selling hamburgers. I liked that it was complete and unrestored all it was missing was the cover then it could have been a 500k book

I owned the tec 33 6.5 eye appeal was excellent. PQ was a first gen label light tan to cream. I should have done a straight resub in hindshight. If you look at GPA 2013 was when tec 33 started to trend upwards. 2012 3.0 was 12k for tec 33 and 16k for tec35 But I agree all Pre Robin Tecs are great and also pretty nifty investments

Ummm… Unrestored Marvel 1 32 copies and barely any cbcs ungraded to my knowledge Unrestored Unrestored Batman 1 131 and not counting the ungraded and Cbcs etc Bat 1 and Cap1 were never scarce if you want a batman 1 there are already 2 on cc site and many other venues. Same with cap1 Marvel 1 is in a its own league as the 3rd top Golden Age Key The trend is here to stay. Namor in MCU will just push it forward to its righful place🥉 It was 🥇and 🥈 Cap 1 and Bats 1 could never claim the top 2 Vs Ac1 and Tec27 mtruly scarce and historic. Marvel has the history and will People said Tec 33 was nothing and it was sellinh for half of TeC 35 in the last decade. It was just undervalued. Im not saying Bat1 and cap1 arent great and fairly valued. MC1 is undervalued
