I also agree the next blue Marvel 1 will break records especially an OCT copy. Growing up in 90s and Marvel 1 was right up there Top 3 and even outside chance at being no. 1 True scarcity in blue label. Even in this market the census hasnt been flooded

Iast unrestored was over 2 years ago unlike superman 1 which pop up all the time in auction. Top 3 Book and rarest of the top 10. Affordable grail to some We will have to wait for a sale of a restored or low grade to see. Its most likely higher with the 9.4 sale at auction in November that was the third comic to cross the 1 million in auction.

Motion Picture funnies Weekly is even rarer than Marvel 1 and never distributed. Supposedly given away at movie theatres? Why so few copies. As you said in black and white Imho it doesn't even count as subby first apparence. Still case in point 90% original material or 100% in color

Supes 1. Great book. But would pay for same price. Same grade . Same eye appeal. AC1 TEC27 MC1..... Supes 1 Marvel 1! First Timely. Truly ultra rare. Rarest of the top 5 keys. All original material. Intro Subby and Human torch. the book that started Marvel. First mutant.... Nuff said!! An october copy🤪 thats even 1/10 rarer than the november Copy

I jinxed myself I was waiting to snipe it and my phone froze🤬 An extended bidding would have allowed me to bid. Its not as hot as late but 9800 is really low just last an ugly 3.0 sold for 9000$ and a 2.5 sold for 8500$ a 4.0 for 11.2k that really didnt present as well as this one Oh well. There will be another one.

Of course Page 5 is the best tied with Page 1. But page 6 is no slouch and those both sold over 25.5k one of them brittle. I even think the off white page 5 should have sold for 30k easy. So good timing. They dont grow on trees and will keep rising in value with Complet action comics 1. 300k for an unerestored or heavily restored is the entry point

Yes. I concur The Action comics 1 Page 5 sold for 27.5k in november. Off white pages So 15k-17k Great steal at 11k! I think the covid and new format helped you to snag it

I was thinking 12-20k But... Missing borders?? They looked super trimmed compared to The recent AC1 Page 5 Cover swipe at 28.5k So with more borders and less trimming would have done a bit better. But these are an outlier. The first time the Ac1 pages sold they were much lower. Ac1 page 5 sold for 16k 2016 and a off white one sold for 28.5k 2019 Still very solid showing for Tec 27 Batman Holy Grail pages in a tough auction and stock market correction. Gorgeous TEC 29 Page!! A steal

Tec 6.9 cgc 2.5 sold last week at Heritage for 8100$ A CGC 4.5 sold for 17.3k 2 years ago and a CGC 6.5 sold for 29.5k I think this 4.0 went on the low end. More like 13-15k range
