Maybe start a totally new thread... Anyone care to recap what's gone before? I really, really don't want to read the other 35 pages.

Has anybody watched the show Big Bang Theory yet? It's about a group of geeks who share an apartment. Most of them are computer-tech freaks, a couple are comic guys. At one point they're trying to move a big, heavy box up the stairs, and when one guy asks the other if he has any ideas, the second guy says, 'Yeah, but they all involve a green lantern and a magic ring.' I was the only family member in the room who got that joke. (Sad to say, I got a LOT of the jokes in that show...)

I thought I saw him posting in the Water Cooler about a week and a half ago... Sid seems like a good guy; hope everything's okay with him. (And I hope all people owed $$ will get paid soon.)

Gosh, who's the handsome devil that won that auction? Edit: d'oh! I read it wrong - it's still got 3 hours to go. Oh well, I think I'll still be high bidder. Okay, move along, nothing to see here... Actually, I think it has nothing to do with comics. I'm just on a Gothic-romance, woman-in-nightgown-running-from-a-spooky-old-mansion kick right now. It's apparently a regular fiction/text magazine, hopefully with some spot illos. I think it was also called 'Gothic Stories' somewhere in its run.
