So many Sandman pages have popped up recently, and so many more in the upcoming Nov HA auction (including Dringenberg pages, and another page from issue #8 - not as nice) given the above, plus other considerations, I think it will be challenging for this page to cross $100K

So in terms of comic buys, was this show actually worthwhile given the high cost/hassle associated with getting into the show? from what I’ve read, it sounds very frustrating and disappointing

This page should sell in the neighborhood of $400. If you get it for less, consider yourself very lucky. Book is always in demand. hulk 181 went through a similar downward phase, until it didn’t, and then prices exploded. I’ve been around long enough to know that key books will rise again, and collectors will experience yet another bout of FOMO for transparency, I do not own an AF 15 or Hulk 181 nor am I in the market for either book.
