  1. if you are buying ONE comic and hold it lets say for at least 3-5 years I would go with Fantastic Four #52 (1st black Panther)  7.0 7.5 level. Of course asms14 is also strong but I would choose ASM13 (1ST Mysterio) because with the special effects this could be a great (movie villain on the screen). values can go up %5/10 per year so I think you could have those valued at $1100-$1250 by 2021 (just my opinion/speculation)  so up to %50 gain.

Option B: get a small loan from a family member and or friend and double your investment at $1600 and get a FF52 8.0 or 8.5 Which should bring greater returns

    good luck!

Suspense 3, All Star 8, or Seven Seas 4 would have been good buys.  Great question btw.

hey thanks! I think I would have tried Batman 1 because at that time. The only Superhero movie around was Batman (Michael Keaton) special effects werent that great. The boom really starter around 2002 (in my opinion) so obviously with what we know now all star #8 or more fun #73 would have soooo affordable back then

I picked this up 2 nights ago for $2650 so I guess that answers the OPs question for me.  Needs a CF, but I'm pretty happy.  Namor is such a great character and has such a rich history.  Plus a "Fighting the Nazis" cover. (thumbsu
