This is why I miss my old mail carrier. Unfortunately she retired a few years back. She was absolutely amazing. As you said went above and beyond. Every year for Christmas I would always meet her at the mailbox and give her a good bonus of cash and homemade cookie tray . There was one year where one of my dogs had dug out of the fence behind the house and was a block away (here that is about a mile ) and was being chased by animal control . She stopped and my dog came right to her. She talked to them and said she knew the owner and got them to let her bring him back to me. I would give anything to have her or another like her back. It truly is rare .

This is absolutely unacceptable. At this point I am rooting for anyone who just has enough and hope they sue the chit out of CGC for the new levels of incompetence they have been showing they are capable of as of late. Also hope they win a HUGE judgment. CGC obviously needs to learn that what they have been doing and how they have been treating their customers is

I have come to lower my expectations when it come to CGC , but this is a whole new level of incompetence. I really am glad that I have stopped supporting this level of garbage they are pumping out now. It is sad as I have a lot of books I would like to send in , but there is just no way I could begin to justify it with so many issues they can not get under control and new ones like this emerging daily.
