    Unfortunately a sad truth. Same goes for a lot of things, mention Buffalo Bob and most will start with Joe Dirt quotes.. Fall back a generation or so and you get.. It's Howdy Doody Time!

    I do agree that it should be noted. I went through this process for a book (from the 80's) that had a different variant that was never noted on the census and needed to be broken out. It (the book) took several trips to CGC, all of which included typed out description, pictures, and history of the issue. The first trip they just threw all of that paperwork out and labeled it as they always do.. Took calling them and sending back through ME(Mechanical Error) and adding what I could to the description of the issue on the ME form and talking to the rep to get it even looked at again. Still no change. Third trip and giving a lot of push back as well as again providing all of the information again, but this time they had me talk with the grader. Finally it was fixed and broken out. Sometimes you have to be persistent. Good luck. Also right now may be harder as at this point you are lucky if they even know which way to place a book in the holder..

    Curious if this is going to continue to be an ongoing problem? Sign in issues.. Clear Cache.. Now Submission Form issues.. Clear Cache.. Are they working on figuring out the underlying cause that seems to go back to clear your cache so that this doesn't continue or get worse? Thank you.

    +1 I have several that are "stickered " newsstand and they always love hitting me with the green label. Just sold my Killing Joke that was hit with a green and have several other books that CGC decided to do the same with them. Really wish they would be consistent.

    While I think this could be a problem. I do believe there should be some way to track who handled each step of the process so they can try to start having some accountability.
