Yeah but guessing the seller fees at heritage are a lot higher than on eBay.  Probably would have been a wash.

If it is anyway exclusive, someone will want it, and the prices reflect this.

After 17+ years of CGC grading, there are still only 40 CGC 9.6 and only 23 CGC 9.8 blue labels.  The first printing was only 3,275 copies (plus or minus 50 copies).

If it is signed, how did it get a blue label and not a green one?

In reality, Rarity and Desirability equate the value of the book.  Grade and signatures increase or decrease the base value of the book.
