Just a few more hours left today on these two beautiful books - Dell O'tto's SS Iron Fist #1, 1 in 600 and DKIII SS #1 first print, Frank Miller and crew before he goes totally bonkers. Just a helpful tip for those that are interested and not a comic bidding pro. The vast majority of slabs are usually taken out at the last few seconds by a lurker behind the scenes - especially on highly sought after books. So to give yourself a winning chance you need to set your max bid appropriately. This goes out to the little guys and non-dealers especially. So good luck to everyone, these are two awesome books and don't forget the DP#1 RAW. Don't be shy about making serious offers! Re: "I have deapool 1 is it worth it to get it grade?" That's a personal decision with some factors. It's clearly up to you ultimately!

We are taking offers on both a 9.6 and 9.8 CGC yellow labels Virgin cover Signed by Dell'Otto himself. This is such a beautiful cover! Only 600 of them. The Census is misleading since most of the covers are signed by the supporting artists and of course Stan. Only a handful of the Virgins are actually signed by Dell'Otto! He is the Rembrandt of comic book artistry... Here's our links: IRON FIST #1 CGC 9.6 DELL'OTTO VIRGIN VARIANT YELLOW LABEL IRON FIST #1 CGC 9.8 DELL'OTTO VIRGIN VARIANT YELLOW LABEL

Whats the trick to taking good photos of slabbed books?
StarryNight replied to Westy Steve's topic in Comics General
Tried the scanner method and the book seems to far and blurry as opposed to just a raw directly on the scanner bed. Is it my scanner, a brother printer/scanner home office combo? -
Todd McFarlane 2017 CGC Signature Series Requirements
StarryNight replied to NYComics's topic in The Signature Room
To those of you that have books submitted and have been waiting, I want to confirm that my books have hit my account; I sub'd under my own. I sent my books before the last deadline posted so I think it's safe to say all of you that have been waiting much longer are being processed as well. So we're likely looking at a month and a half's turn time. -

StarryNight replied to tommydee89's topic in The Signature Room
Yes, I did, the second week of August. So just over two months to get them fast tracked press and graded and to my door. The facilitator I use doesn't hold onto books unless he needs to it seems...He does a great job.- 42 replies

Be careful of how you post when you have no idea of a person's Nationalism. If you have nothing constructive to add don't post here just because you can. Thank you -
I'm questioning a set of books Moderns from a Hong Kong that I am considering...I won't be disclosing them, sorry. Being that it's so close to China makes me wonder about the of authenticity. I'm not asking to go into detail of the how they do it, but more of anyone's experience away from just here-say. Is this something that CGC runs into?
