  3. I love that rack! I still have mine. Hope you were able to get it! NOTE: referring to the Comics Code rack discussed back in Sept.
  4. INSTANT (RAW) SPIDER-MAN COLLECTION! Near complete run from #17 - #98, including the first seven annuals/specials. I have examined each of the books for major internal defects (no coupons cut, pages missing, etc. The only thing I found was in #45 where the owner added text to a blank word bubble per Stan Lee's instructions!). This is primarily a low-to-mid grade (with a few outliers) set just like the rest of the collection. The books generally present better than the grade, but upon close inspection there are the customary stains/shadows one expects after storing the books for 50-60 years that bring the grades down. I offer no guarantees with respect to my assessed old-school grading vs what CGC might assign but historically I am fairly accurate at this level. Sometimes they are lower, but sometimes they are also higher. I have taken all of these factors into account with my offered price. Hopefully, whomever purchases this set will do quite well. It is either instant inventory, fillers and/or investment treasures! All comics are bagged and boarded. The set includes: 17 (3.0), 18 (4.0), 19 (3.5), 20 (2.5), 23 (3.0), 25 (2.5), 26 (3.0), 27 (2.0), 28 (3.0), 29 (3.5), 30 (4.5), 31 (4.5), 32 (3.5), 34 (4.5), 36 (3.5), 38 (4.0), 40 (4.5), 41 (5.5), 42 (4.0), 43 (3.5), 44 (3.5), 45 (3.5), 46 (5.0), 47 (4.5), 48 (3.0), 49 (4.5), 51 (4.0), 52 (5.0), 53 (2.5), 54 (2.0), 55 (2.0), 56 (4.0), 57 (3.5), 58 (3.5), 59 (6.5), 60 (6.5), 61 (7.0), 62 (6.5), 63 (4.0), 64 (4.5), 65 (4.5), 66 (6.5), 67 (6.5), 68 (6.5), 69 (6.5), 70 (7.0), 71 (7.5), 72 (7.0), 73 (7.0), 74 (6.5), 76 (7.0), 77 (7.0), 78 (7.0), 79 (6.5), 80 (6.5), 81 (7.0), 82 (4.0), 83 (6.5), 84 (7.5), 86 (6.5), 86 (6.0), 87 (6.5), 88 (7.0), 89 (6.5), 90 (4.5), 94 (3.0), 96 (5.5), 98 (7.0), Ann. 1 (1.0), 2 (cvlrs), 3 (3.0), 4 (2.0), 5 (4.0), 6 (5.0), 7 (6.0) FYI, as a comparison to my assessed grades, I did submit some key ASM books from this collection to CGC and they received the following grades: 5 (CGC 2.5), 39 (CGC 4.0), 50 (CGC 4.5). So, consistent with what I have assessed above. Were these books CGC graded, which they are not of course, the 2022 average sales price would total $11,553.00. Domestic shipping is FREE (please, please, don't make me send these overseas, it will be a heavy box!). And I have no issue with returns pursuant to my stated policy: you must notify me in writing within three (3) calendar days of receiving the book that you desire to return it, and you must ship it back to me within seven (7) calendar days. All associated costs for returning the book must be borne by the purchaser. And, of course, the book must be returned in the same condition it was received. FORUM PRICE: $8,000.00

  11. But it would look great in your new house!! Just don't upgrade the bathrooms!
  12. Two incredible additions to an already amazing collection! Really glad you picked these up!
  13. Such a great pick up. Many of the older Board Members likely remember my passion for collecting More Funs, but second to that is Famous Funnies. This title is so historically significant. Glad it went to someone who will truly cherish it!
