Only 3 copies in any grade even listed sold on GPA (2003, 2010 & 2017). Alaska Bush-Pilot 1 CGC 9.0 White (1959) I've always enjoyed coming across this promotional book. Heritage has only sold one issue back in 2005 and said the following: "We'd be remiss if we didn't recount this comic's backstory: the entire print run of 100 copies was found at a defunct printer's shop in Portland, Oregon, and 72 of them were water-damaged or otherwise unsalvageable." I have no idea where they got their information from and I have to say I am curious if there really is only 28 copies that truly remain because I have come across a number of high-grade copies over the years. That said, I haven't seen 28 copies so maybe it is true!!! It's not an expensive book but for the promotional completist, ya need it! I also suggest buying the poster, which gives some of the back story behind this book and shows up in a rare moment. I own one! FORUM PRICE: $125.00 (Poster not included)
