Assuming that the detached staple was already taken into consideration in determining the grade of the book (since it is included in the graders's notes), then none whatsoever.  Your book should have the same market value as any other 4.5 CGC graded book of the same title and issue.

Individual collectors may be more or less likely to buy a book based on their own particular tastes and tolerances for various defects, but theoretically, all instances of that book in that grade should have the same base market value--it just may appeal more to one person than another.

Thanks man, I appreciate the response:)

It seems normal…what is it about the placement? :foryou:

    the wrap is slightly misaligned

My ocd was just kicking in as I found they were a bit close together on the spine/ out of place vs other copies…. No mention of anything on the graders notes,,, and wanted to put it out there to see if anyone had seen this sort of thing before :)

Well, this one's not on par with the fight page that sold at heritage for $28.8k (with a potential resale listed that I won't confirm until I see it in a collection).

The clink page was nice but it's Spidey-Sewer-Rat-Tossing, and well executed, but not a real fight page like the Ha one.

A year ago, everyone would have been shocked if this page had sold for $9k...much less the 19k today.

Good points. Kravens last hunt pages have indeed taken a jump in realized prices in the last year. Its the Wild West at these auctions nowadays with prices all over the map, I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing more KLH pages coming to auction with these big numbers, I wonder what the covers could fetch??....
