I'm sorry to hear about that. You guys did a great thing by adopting, especially adopting an adult.  Every year the local shelter gets an influx of rabbits about a month or two after Easter, people get them for their kids and then realize how much work it is, then off to the shelter they go.

It's funny that you describe her as "dog like", all of ours act just like cats!! They are litter box trained, jump up on the couch when they want to be pet, and completely ignore you at other times.  

Keep up the good work! If you have any pictures to share, that would be cool.

Yea 10 years is fairly long for a rabbit, but it was a damn good 10 years. Thank you for reading and responding.
