  1. Well each CGC dealer charges difference prices depending on who you choose, but with the increase in CGC fees and other materials (due to increase inflation) it is only a matter of time before for dealer to follow suit too. Unfortunately price increases are here to stay unfortunately. A lot of dealers would be at a loss if they didn’t increase their service price too. It sucks, but you just have to tough it out.
  2. Dang you already got Applegate slabs back already? Nice! Love the transition from a young Christina to modern Christina I'm still waiting on mine.
  3. I’ve been waiting for over 6 months for this commission work done by InHyuk Lee and it is finally here.
  4. Stranger Things: Into the Fire #1 signed by Millie Bobby Brown. Thanks to @Kevlar for this. 👍
  5. Signed by Millie Bobby Brown. Thanks @Kevlar
  6. If you are willing to take the risk then do it. You can’t control what happens after it gets removed from the slab and it is handled by facilitators. They do everything in their power to protect all of our books. I had an uncanny x-men #510 signed by Stan Lee and it was a 9.8 and some punk kid ran up to the table and started smacking the table and slammed his dirty as hands on the comic and it came back a 9.2 😤. I wanted to uppercut this kid so badly, but a 4 year old doesn’t know any better and I didn’t see this kid at all until it was too late. I learned from mistakes since that was my first time ever getting anything signed. So my advice is just be happy that you got someone you admired to sign your book regardless what grade you get. If you ask anyone on thse forums they would all want 9.8s.
  7. I like that Mr. Robert Englund was able to write one of his iconic slogans. Thanks @Kevlar was able to
  8. Finally got this back. Thanks to @Kevlar for helping me out. Game of Thrones #6: Gwendoline Christie Emilia Clarke Nathalie Emmanuel Jason Momoa Alfie Allen Gemma Whelan Jessica Henwick Julian Glover Kit Harrington
  9. I would get someone else to sign the book and press it. Based on the your picture it looks like the condition is good. It could help increase the grade. It worth a shot.
  10. 2019 C2E2: signed by Jess Harnell, Muraice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille and Rob Paulsen.
  11. I've already posted this on another thread, but this is my first commission sketch (from Carla Cohen) of Kristin Kreuk and signed by her too. I'm pleased with the outcome. Thanks to Justin H. for helping me out.
  12. Awesome! congrats on going strong for 5 years and many more years to come. I will definitely be sending you a PM soon.
  13. Hi there! Wondering if there will be any CGC facilitators attending Wizard World in St. Louis (June 05-07) and/or Philadelphia (June 19-21)? Thanks in advance.
  14. Nice condition. I've been trying to find a copy like for some time now, but it is hard to come by though. Congrats!
  15. So is there a CGC Facilitator that will accept mail in submission? This convention has a good lineup.
  16. Very Nice! I’m still waiting for mine to come in the mail too.
  17. Yeah I was super happy with how real this was. Carla Cohen knock it out of the park with this sketch. I'm glad I went with her for my first commission sketch.
  18. Well unfortunately I wasn’t there to see her in person (I wish I did), but comic monster was nice enough to take a picture of her holding the comic with the creator.
  19. Here is my first commission sketch from Carla Cohen signed by Kristin Kreuk. Thanks to Comic Monster and Scott’s collectible for setting this up.
  20. I agreed with you too. I think Stan loves to be in the spotlight and see the thousands of fans to come see him. It is sad to see people taking advantage of him because of his status and they should be ashamed of themselves. Should we be surprised? No, because there are some sick people in this world. I’m glad that Mr. Lee was able to do everything he loved to do until his final day. May he Rest In Peace.
  21. Mattn792, I agreed with 100%. I think there were a few articles of Stan Lee gong to court and going after a select individuals that harmed him and his company. I’m glad that they put out the names of the these people.
