  1. It has to be about 40 lbs with all the shipping materials. I'm gonna have to get one next month. He's making me jealous.
  2. This is the 3rd time you've posted the same exact topic... Alzheimer's...?
  3. Yeah. Selling is a business. If you make it personal, sometimes it softens that barrier and loosens deals up for either side. I got what I consider to be a very good deal on a run in the past because I appealed to the collector in a seller - I made sure to let him know that I wasn't interested in re-selling and gave him my absolute best offer that I could afford. Politeness and personality make business better for both sides.
  4. I just picked up: Detective Comics Vol. 6: Fall of the Batmen Detective Comics Vol. 7: Batman Eternal Detective Comics Vol. 8: On the Outside Detective Comics Vol. 9: Deface the Face Batman Vol. 8: Superheavy Batman Vol. 9: The Tyrant Wing Luthor (Black Label)
  5. Yes. Just because you're rich doesn't necessarily mean you're smart.
  6. 5.0-5.5 IMO. I think that a press, by a pro, may bump it to 6.0 range.
  7. I do think that a Superman #1 CGC 9.8 would sell for more than the Action Comics #1 CGC 9.0. I think that based on the 9.8 mentality of the market. Superman #1 CGC 9.6, though? I suspect that would sell for less than the AC. Again, based on that 9.8 market mentality.
  8. Was it ever conveyed that him defending the Thor/Stark blast was actually inspired by the Thanoscopter? Or was that just speculation?
