    What is being left out is our policy is we do refund the shipping upon return being received. We did block Mr. Lie after used explicit language towards my customer service person. We offered to replace both books that arrived damaged. He has threatened to “hurt me where it will hurt most” by filing a credit card claim even though he was offer both refund on shipping and new books. He did not apologize until after we called him out. Also there was resolution to the issue before we blocked him from our FB Page as well we have responded to him through email still.
