    yes..please do not lowball, but, if you do...do it with some tact.

    yes...if the seller wants to make a deal, they will usually alter the ebay listing to reflect the new price as a "buy it now" in my experience.

    I do it all the time. I do it respectfully. $50 is not "much" unless the seller is asking for $100 for the item. Try to stay within 10% or less usually gets me a reply back from the seller
