Spirit Custom - Uses more modern 50th legs that could hold a pistol and silencer. Uses the dusty forearms with the later modern line chest and upper arms along with a Steel Brigade scarf. I forget where the head comes from. The backpack is a modded piece with a long peg so if it comes detached it is easy to put back in. What do you get here?
Spirit base figure, bow, arrow, Freedom eagle, knife, pew, tube that I know what it but want to pass the filters that attaches to the pew, Backpack

    $40

    Elongated neck version ? Lol

good stuff buzz - this brings me back , anymore funko’s coming up ?

  2. I’ve said this previously but as this show has come to a close , I’ll reiterate . Of ALL the upcoming Marvel mini series’ I was looking forward to this the most , the first few episodes were exciting , despite the seemingly super powered abilities that Falcon and Bucky sometimes had , and sometimes didn’t . It seemed to promise us resolutions and hidden gems . By the end it delivered none of those . It was blatantly obvious in the middle of the political movements we are presently in the midst of that episode 5 just happened to be longer than the rest of the episodes . Although looking back... episode 5 was probably the penultimate episode in regards to importance regarding the series because episode 6 , the finale - felt incredibly rushed .In short , I felt they tried , at least initially to follow the path of one of Marvel’s best solo films - CA: TWS and in the end just ended up making an opinion , and one that couldn’t be more trendy if they tried .

Yea i wound up leaving around then too... but had a great day.. My plan was not to buy as I am working on a private deal that is sucking up most of my funds.. but sold a page for good money, traded for one that I think I did good on and met LOTS of people that I have spoken to on the interwebs and now know in person

Geez Jay - we all know you’re a dolphins fan , but could you of found a smaller mask ? :baiting::nyah:

Man, that suks so bad. He didn’t look that old. Then covid doesn’t discriminate. Please folks get your vaccinations, wear your masks and social distance. We just can’t afford to lose any more of us.

Very sorry for his family and friends...

Actually it DOES discriminate , all the more reason we have to treat this as if it DOESN’T.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Gus many times and purchasing quite a few issues from him over the years ... my condolences to his family :foryou: he will be missed.

Here's an explosion, Hollywood.  Think ya can outrun it?  And that's not even a high explosive-
Beirut Explosion Kills 78, Buildings 10km Away Damaged By Shockwaves

Actually that WAS a big explosion - bigger than a MOAB , but smaller than a nuke , and no outrunning or hiding from that when it sucks up the oxygen you’re trying to breathe . For what’s it’s worth Bill Pullman’s speech from Independence Day was motivating , and Outbreak scared the out of me ( who didn’t know what Ebola was ) but in regards to value as films , I cannot argue .

  6. I’ve been contemplating the same thing myself , I have a handful of full runs and they are starting to take up a lot of space . I think I’ll probably start offloading the ones I haven’t completed , but offloading a good amount of issues is easier said then done . The keys always sell though . In regards to X-men , out of 544 issues I’m missing about 12 . I always wanted to finish and sell it as complete . But I have to finish first .

sorry about the book , it’s a must have in any condition and any diminishment of a slabbed book is disheartening

Avengers universe's keys are bit hard to group, because each of the prominent member has their own series.... In the main series, yes it's a bit thin, #4 and #57.....but then what about Thanos first appearance in IM55? what about Wolverine appearance in IH181?

Or Falcon in CA # 117 ? The point is , Avengers has the least ...

I would argue strongly against categorizing Gambit as major. Deadpool YES! ....Gambit? naaahhhh

and I’m sticking with Gambit being major - maybe it’s just me being stubborn and reminiscent but he was a major player on both Uncanny X-Men and the Jim Lee 2ns series as well as the cartoon TV show. It wasn’t long ago that Gambit’s FA was higher than Deadpool’s , I’m sure it will happen again

  9. I concur ... ASM is Marvel’s version of Batman in regards to key issues / first appearances and villains . FF may be second in terms of importance of first appearances but for consistency X-Men trumps them ( I mean Gambit was #266, what major FF person was appears after #94 ? And Harkness is a stretch of not for the show ..) Avengers - may have the least of the bunch , but #4 is very significant ....
