The Raw Uncle Sam Quarterly 1 is a solid mid grade book, If you look at the pics it appears that the “A” in sand had had the red stripes re-coloured by a future restoration artist. I am not sure whether it would be considered restoration or child’s play. However, I will note it as restoration. The staples also look to be possible replaced or cleaned but I am not certain. You will see from the pics that otherwisecitd a solid 5.5-6.5.
