Gratz, that's one of the two I need.
So, is the last one you need a) one of the easy issues, or b) #6?
It’s 10 (picked up 6 on the boards last year). For whatever reason, I found 10, 14, and 18 to be difficult. Can’t believe I pulled ahead of you!

Anybody else do this ?
When I was young I collected around 6 or 7 titles monthly but now I only focus on ASM.
My goal is to complete full run of ASM ( plus AF15) from issue 1 to 375 and I’m determined to do so.
As we know it’s not cheap so to help fund this I’ve sold off vast majority of all other titles.
I do miss my Fantastic Four / Silver Surfer / X Men but they’ve been sacrificed unfortunately for the greater good.
I still regularly feel the urge to buy other titles but my way of thinking is that money spent on other titles means I’m not buying an issue to complete my goal of ASM completion.
if I had the money I would just buy them all but my pockets aren’t deep enough !! I almost feel guilty and almost a comic book fraud by only buying one title so anybody else do this or just me ??!!
I’m doing the same - 1-375. But I lose focus. Also trying to collect Tales of Suspense, Warren magazines, and EC horror and crime. All I have left (and I use that term loosely) of the major ASM keys are #6 and, unfortunately, AF15. With prices as they are, my hopes of getting AF15 are diminishing.

I finally got a BIG book today! This is by far the most Ive spent on a single book.
A little story about this book...I worked a side job for 3 months on Saturdays and was saving half for a family trip and half for my C2E2 trip in December and built up around $1200 for C2E2 not a lot but its around what I normally take. But I bought a few books and this is one of them, now Im down to $320 and the side work has dried up.
Im happy to have this book dont get me wrong but I love C2E2 and Chicago in general and look forward to it every year. I guess I won't have to look for a copy when Im at C2E2!
Also I need One more issue of Shock for the run (8) should I spend the C2E2 money and knock it out and hope the side work comes back???
Congrats! Such a great book. Just when I pulled even with you, you pulled ahead!

That puts you ahead of me on Shock Suspenstories issue left to go, I believe… you only need two issues still, right? I need three still, and that won’t change until later this week.
I’m in a similar boat. I have three left (10, 14, and 18) to complete the run. Trying to get them in a 7.0 to 8.0 but so far no luck.

I use the standard sized mylars with fullbacks for my silver age books and the silver/golden sized mylars with fullbacks for my golden age books. I'd convert to all silver/golden mylars but they dont fit inside the BCW plastic storage bins I have.

I just purchased a policy from CIS. It wasn’t bad at all - $350 a year. Of course, the premium will change depending on the value of your collection.

Purchased an ASM 15 from Eric. Perfect transaction. Highly recommend.
