Besides the yellow #0 I got on a MCS auction a few years ago, I have never seen one on sale. And only 2 or 3 owned by other boardies. If a white #0 9.6 went for $787, then I would think it is worth more than a #2. Still wonder if that buyer realized it was not a yellow #0

The #0 was signed and sketched on the inside front cover so maybe that was a factor

I am also surprised in the Albedo 0 white cover (non-yellow) CGC 9.6 auction from the same seller that went for $787.77. No Usagi in issue 0. Also wondering if the buyer understood that this is not the yellow cover. Seller did add a note saying it was not the yellow cover.

I got a response. Looks like it is staying off the market for now. The seller did buy it from the guy I had sold my copy to a while back.

Auction was ended early. I asked the seller why but no response yet.

That news would do it for the graded copies, but this mid-grade raw copy seems way too high for me. But I have seen when an announcement is first made, sales go pretty high soon after. I am actually happy on my Albedo2 sale and hope the new owner enjoys it. It's just funny how often when I sell, the same book climbs very quickly So Albedo 2 is now on my list of books to get sometime in the future -- or if a real deal shows up that I can grab.

Re-opening to add a couple of books

Yeah, I am not sure what the bidders here were thinking. A CGC 9.4 sold for $1750 a little while back (that seller was not smart in making it a buy-it-now where it had been an auction), and this mid-grade raw copy sells for almost the same? 5 different bidders with over $1000 bids! supply and demand I guess

It's my fault. I sold my copy to you, so after I sell something that I have no more copies, prices skyrocket The same happened with Hulk 181 8.5 that I sold for $1050 and it doubled less than a year later and has almost doubled again now

Reposting the pics. I still have not sent this in anywhere to validate the signature. Will post if I ever do that to confirm if it was validated or not.
