  1. I refer you to this Angsta, but it should be pointed out, he says that about comics that are 9.8 as well. A clean is definitely in order for that back cover, pressing optional.
  2. This is the best I can get it... Looks like JIMMY on the right by the blue pen marks?
  3. Nice splash page from Steranko. The guy reminds me a little of Neville Brand.
  4. @nebyort is the area at the top of the back cover writing in crayon?
  5. No, it just seems like it. I should imagine JIM 86 is out in the lead: A mere mention of time travel and like a bad penny we're staring at the Tomorrow Man.
  6. I don't think a press is worth it, that top middle c/b crease isn't going to improve. you've a 7.0/7.5 copy. See how it goes with more input N.B. if your post starts to drop down the page, don't be frightened to bump it up, so it gets graded.
  7. Welcome to the boards Angsta... As it stands, I'd put it at 7.0, if you can clean up the back cover, Foggy's right at his VF 8.0 See how it goes with others.
  8. 43rd time you've posted this one, still funny. On we go Bad swimmer to good swimmer...
  9. I haven't used Comic Connect in a while, about 6/7 years, but they were OK shipping to the UK., about 3 weeks in total. Cost for slabbed books back then was just under $40, the book only cost $56 at auction, so it depends how bad you want it. Shipping on raw books was I thought reasonable, I won 6 war books which cost around $18 to ship. Insurance in relation to the books value will obviously push up costs, and obviously inflation etc has altered how much you pay. As stated they're pretty helpful when you have need to contact them, and replied pretty quickly, BC (Before Covid) so, it may be a little different now.
  10. Slightly Meme That Rocks.... Sweet Hell Raiser....
  11. Ditko's original does look more like the bog standard super-hero pose, Kirby's redrawing is a deserved iconic piece.
  12. Viv Stanshall (With Clapton) - Labio-Dental Fricative...
  13. Not seen this movie, but I'd be tempted to by this poster. She looks as if she may have a migraine.
  14. Yeah,, @theCapraAegagrus, and @The Lions Den, what are you thinking!? That's way too high
