Here's a wild story for you all.
Payment showed up on my credit card on Sat from CGC and the numbers seemed off. I waited for the bill to come in, and sure enough the 10% discount I am supposed to get was not applied. Based on past experience with billing I was expecting a months long process of phone calls and emails to get it straightened out, so I braced to a long wait.
I called this morning soon after everything opened and I actually reached someone from billing on my first try. I nearly had a freaking heart attack! Then, and this is the best part, the person checked the order, confirmed what I suspected, and said she would straighten it out today and add a credit for the amount of the overbill to my account. This was the exact resolution I was hoping for and it took under 5 mins total. I am speechless and totally impressed.
