I met Byrne in KC around 1994. He was at a con with Bernie Wrightson, Phil Hester (pre Bloodlines /Argus days for Phil) and iirc Fred Gorham among others. 

I had copies of Next Men and 2112 in hand for him to sign. I was a retailer at the time & wanted to tell him about the fan reactions to Next Men. He didn't want to talk to me - he proceeded to hit on my girlfriend at the time. IIRC dinner was offered and turned down. 

We broke up years later but I've still got the books and memories!

1-13 will be the main books to have, also 44, 52 sketch cover, 61 (first conquest), the Invincible returns variants, 75 variant, along with a couple of the 100 scarce variants 

I'm thinking the Marvel team up with spiderman might see an increase also. 

There is also a Batman Dark Joker Wild ashcan. Three versions exist. Purple foil - in all retail copies. Green - limited and platinum - approx 25 copies exist also. I sold one on ebay this year. No idea how I got it unfortunately. I was a retailer at the time, so that's likely how it found its way to me.

Yes. Had a couple of SF machines back in the mid 90s. Saw the artovision3d piece you see at a con and had to have it.

Apparently there's content in the storyline that mirrors what's going on in the world today, contributing to the sellout.

I will continue to look ahead at the convention schedule and if either one of these two guys pop up I will put them on the book.

Pandemica is another book with parallels to current events. Jonathan Mayberry does frequent signings and was scheduled to appear at Denver pop culture con before it was rescheduled.

Still waiting for mine to show as received. This gives me some peace of mind though that they're in process somewhere. 

Found this in a box I purchased at an estate sale. I almost threw it out. I checked ebay for giggles and was surprised to see it is a $50 & up book.
