So I've come to the difficult decision that the time has come to part with the vast majority of my collection. I've wanted to move out of the 'burbs for a long time and back to the country and I finally decided to pull the trigger. Now I need cash for a down payment. There are going to be some big and rare books in here so break out those wallets and help me with my dream! Here's the rules: 1. Returns accepted on raw books only, unless a CGC case shows up cracked or something then we'll work that out. 2. Paypal, check, Zelle, bank transfer accepted. Shipping is included in listed prices. I'm willing to do timed payments, but I can really only give about 30 days right now due to actually needing the funds! 3. First "take" in the thread takes the book and trumps any PM discussions I'm going to be listing these in batches. A few now, some more tonight, then some more over the next day or two. Just really depends on how long it takes me to get everything photographed and priced. But enough rambling, here come the goods!

#4 has some 'splaining to do

It's high grade for this book, as the highest graded example is an 8.5, and yes they sealed it right across the book itself. This copy is definitely not a 7.0 anymore

The grail of all grails for horror comic fans (or maybe just me?)

Yep, waited nearly a year for a 16 book submission that came back with two cases having plastic shards inside, one is mislabeled, and they just completely ruined this one. A 25% failure rate for irreplaceable books is absolutely unacceptable.

I would like to take this opportunity to formally thank CGC for ruining a rare, high grade copy of a 90 year old book. @CGC Mikei I'm going to need to be compensated for this.
