The book is in Flash Fans! And we are waiting for the big reveal! I am now down to just Two Flash books left to complete the run!

Here's the latest. It is in San Antonio! It arrived at 6pm at the local post office, which means it will be in my mail box tomorrow!:

ABC of course! I go there every time I'm in Austin. Gotta love Buc-ee's!!! Don't they have Buc-ee's everywhere??

A Flashlites get together would be awesome! We could all meet up somewhere in the middle maybe Austin? I know a great comic shop in Austin! We shall see as the contest comes to an end.

I love how this is still going and I wish we were having one this year! It should be brought back if for nothing else but by popular demand! I fell for it too, until I did a double take on the date the thread was started. It takes a lot of work to put one of these things on and I hope one day we will have another one. Here's an idea, maybe the CGC could supply the scans for us? I think they said it takes about 40 books or so to put on the contest? If it happens again count me in! One year I made it to the Sweet Sixteen! (Sill proud of that, truthfully, I got lucky on a couple of grades ) But seriously it really, really helped my grading skills. This one and the GreenHam one helped me out so much over the years. They helped me keep my grading skills sharp, as I found each year, the 10-12 months in between contests that I needed to re calibrate as I gradually slid back into my old habit of under-grading books. I'm much too harsh.

We got out but everything was closed here no Sonic no Mc D's all the gas pumps were turned off at the gas stations, Wataburger was open but the drive through line was wrapped twice around the building and back out onto the road??!! Wal-Mart was open but they said they were closing soon and the inside McD's was closed so no fast food for Flashlites today I forgot to check and see if Big Belly Burger was open!!

Its warned up here in San Antonio to 29. Gonna try and go get some drive through here ---the roads seemed to have melted. Still snow on the lawn. We got about 4-6 inches I'd say. An absolute blizzard by San Antonio standards!

The only Valentines cover I can think of, any one else know of another one?
