    The seller also got to keep the money, there’s no way for eBay to know who is at fault in this situation, it’s easier to make both parties happy if there isn’t a record of this type of behavior.

    eBay sides with buyers in almost all cases, just call them. Don’t get into a message chain with the guy, that’s all they usually go by. In most cases like this if the seller doesn’t want to work out the problem and are requiring a return, I would immediately contact eBay before sending back anything.

    +1 I can totally see the split in pictures 2 and 4. I couldn’t tell if there was a split at the top though. It also looks like there’s a small tear on the bottom front cover under the lamp, that may have had tape there. I would just negative (for his reply) and move on, I think it’s a decent price for a reader.

    I have some raw White Mountains I wasn’t planning to grade, but I’ll be sending them in now. I’m not a fan of the Stanlee, marvel or WD labels, and the George Perez Boom label was a fail, but I’m digging the pedigree label.
