Could be just the pictures but it seems to have spine ticks, waves on the back, and some cracks in color. Is it just me or does this look closer to a 7?

Not the same. I know you can CGC certain pages. I’m surprised that there is not more of a market for this. It’s nice tow own the comic and the slab but I think it’s really cool to have important panels and 1st appearance.  

I bought a low grade ASM #299 and I want to.............hack out the last page and frame it. 

I don’t think I’ve ever seen any early MacFarlane Spawn or Erik Larson Savage Dragon.
