    Yup. I was never that impressed with Tanghal’s inking. The embellishments later on by De Carlo were even worse. I suspected a lot of detail was being obliterated from Perez’s pencils. Agreed completely. Horrible inking choices over Perez's pencils.

    Another loophole is your 'buddies' bantering in a thread resulting in pretty much endless bumps. In many cases, it's harmless and even encouraged by some sellers but again it could be abused.

    It could be. Is it against the 'letter of the law'? Probably not. Is it against the 'spirit of the law'? Yeah, maybe and it could be a loophole to be exploited by a seller who likes to push the envelope. I do not believe that most sellers here would do that but some definitely would. No question about it.

    Is it possible that there is no quality control for newton rings and that they are only 'fixing' these for customers (ie the squeaky wheel minority) that complain?
