I found this book in a old barn stuffed in a bag so I thank I come out good on the deal and 60 other silver and Bronze Age comics where in the bag

but it is also published in the Turtlemania (not a Mirage book) that it’s 60,000, which also claims Laird and Eastman as direct sources, which sounds like a clerical error or misquote, but is published nevertheless.

60000 total 1-4 inside the fourth print there is a  keven Eastman convo and he goes over each print run!! I just got it in the mail today! 1 had 3000 2 had 6000 3 had 35000 and 4th had 14000!

I guess ultimately, given how many other 1st appearances there are in that book, do you think knowing it’s 1st app of Mastermind will affect value or impact any decision that anyone makes with regards to the book?   

Not worried about value my dad pass this down to me I will never sell Every character has there name on slabs if it there first appearance? I have a journey into mystery 104 great book but no slabs mention heimdall origin story is in there to?

Just a random thought I know this is not a expensive book but I was surprised that a Heimdall story at the back and how he became the guardian of the rainbow bridge. Mybe Cgc should list this on the slab I thank that’s pretty cool and nobody talks about that!!!

I would not consider mastermind minor with his powers he could easily challenge doctor strange!Plus isn’t mastermind responsible for the dark Phoenix seems important in the marvel universe? Mye Cgc will see this and start to add him to the x men 4 label!

I just sent off a X men 4 1964 to Cgc I was just wondering on the cgc labels I see it says first toad quick silver and witch but no mention of masterminds first appearance? Or does he appear another time?
